SiBCAS is an independently owned company with a loyal, directly-employed team of over 250 people. Our staff turnover is enviably low thanks to excellent working conditions and frequent training programmes including full apprenticeship schemes and Level II vocational qualifications. This allows SiBCAS to have the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card for the majority of employees, granting them access to professional construction sites anywhere in the country.
